• Policy: Teams cannot win both Gross and Net; the single highest-valued prize will be awarded.

• Field Coverage: At least 30% of the field will receive prizes.

• Bonus: The Club will add to the total prize fund.

Format: Traditional Scramble

• Team Play: On every stroke, the team selects the best-positioned ball.

• Execution: All four players hit from that chosen location. This process continues until the ball is holed.

• Tees: All play is from the Light Blue Tees.

Handicapping

Team handicaps are calculated using a weighted aggregate of individual Course Handicaps (CH), adjusted for Course Rating and Par:

2-Player Team Shamble

Course: Great Blue

Registration: Members may choose their own partners; pairings will be organized by flight.

Entry Fees & Prizes

• Game Entry: $20.00 per player.

• Prize Payout: The pot is split equally between Gross and Net.

• Policy: Teams cannot win both Gross and Net; the single highest-valued prize will be awarded.

• Ties: All ties bias toward the Gross score.

• Field Coverage: At least 25% of the field will receive prizes, with a prize pot enhancement provided by the Club.

Format: Team Shamble

• The Drive: Both players hit a tee shot and select the best-positioned ball.

• The Hole: From that spot, both players play their own ball until holed.

• Team Score: The team records the best Gross and best Net score between the two players for each hole.

• Flights 1 & 2: Burgundy Tees (approx. 6200 yards)

• Flights 3 & 4: Lt Blue Tees (approx 5500 yards)

• Flighting: Teams are split into flights based on the combined team's playing handicap. Players +65 in any flight are eligible to play the Lt Blue Tees.

Handicapping

• Allowance: Each player receives 70% of their Course Handicap (adjusted for Course Rating/Par).

• Allocation: Strokes are applied to the scorecard as they fall.

• 10-Stroke Differential: If the gap between partners exceeds 10 strokes (after the 70% allowance), the higher handicapper will be reduced to the maximum allowable limit.

Optional Payball (Skins) Game

• Entry: $10.00 per team.

• Sign-up: Available at the Starter Shack (Commitment is final once signed).

• Format: Gross skins only, awarded by flight.

Trifecta Format

The game changes every six holes. Teams must use the following formats and handicap allowances:

• Game Entry: $10.00 per player (billed to your online invoice after the round).

• Optional Skins: $5.00 per player. Sign up at the Starter Shack.

  • Payout: Split 50/50 between Gross and Net skins over the entire field.

  • Note: The field will be split into two groups if entries exceed 50 players.

Format & Scoring

This is a team event based on Net Stableford points.

• Team Score: The three best Net scores on each hole are converted to points and combined for the team total.

• Points Scale:

  • Net Bogey: 1 point

  • Net Par: 2 points

  • Net Birdie: 4 points

  • Net Eagle: 7 points

  • Net Albatross / Hole-in-One: 10 points

Tees & Handicapping
